Second Week Of Italian Cuisine

“The Extraordinary Italian Taste, II Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo” is an wonderful plan to support the internationalization of the Made in Italy brand and to promote High Italian Cuisine (Alta Cucina Italiana). The 2017 edition was identified by the logo “The Extraordinary Italian Taste, “alta cucina – vino di qualità”.
A live cooking demonstration and dinner was coordinated by Iron Chef America Judge Mario Rizzotti, acclaimed television personality and Italian culinary expert, together with Chef Adam Weisell, a Chicago based expert of Italian cuisine. 
The event was organized by the Dante Alighieri Society of Michigan, the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago, in collaboration with the Federazione Abruzzese del Michigan, the Italian American Cultural Society (IACS), the Italian American Club of Livonia Charitable Foundation (IACLCF), under the auspices of the Consulate of Italy in Detroit.
