You don’t hear much, but in the background, drums were rolling: we were very excited to host our first big event in person after 3 years!
Organized by the Dante Alighieri of Michigan in collaboration with the Consulate of  Italy in Detroit, on November 17th, we hosted a great dinner to celebrate the VII Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.  120 people gathered in the beautiful club of San Marino in Troy.
For this important and meaningful dinner, we had the honor to have Chef Mimmo Casagrande-Bei.
Contribution for the guests:
~~Sicilian Arancini original recipe by Salvatore e Marisa Ciaravino

~~Ricotta Filled Pasticciotti – Lecce, Puglia (Offered by Joanne Crispignani)
