ATTIVAZIONE SERVIZIO TELEFONICO DI SUPPORTO ALLA PRENOTAZIONE DEGLI APPUNTAMENTI PER UTENTI OVER 60
Si informa la gentile utenza che, a partire dal 23 settembre, il Consolato d’Italia in Detroit attiverà un servizio di supporto telefonico per assistere gli utenti di età pari o superiore a 60 anni nella prenotazione degli appuntamenti online attraverso il portale Prenot@mi e nelle pratiche anagrafiche in FAST IT.
Il servizio sarà disponibile ogni mercoledì dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 12:00, chiamando il numero (313) 798-9003.
Questo servizio si aggiunge al servizio telefonico di informazioni sui servizi consolari, attivo dallo scorso febbraio dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle ore 9:00 alle ore 16:00, al medesimo numero: (313) 798-9003.
TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE SERVICE FOR APPOINTMENT BOOKING FOR USERS AGED 60 AND OVER
The Consulate of Italy in Detroit is pleased to inform the public that, starting September 23, a telephone assistance service will be available to help users aged 60 and over in booking appointments online through the Prenot@mi portal and complete registrations on FAST IT.
The service will be available every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by calling (313) 798-9003.
This service is in addition to the Consulate’s telephone information service for consular matters, which has been available since last February, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the same number: (313) 798-9003.
