The Dante Alighieri Society of Michigan, represented by Lia Adelfi and Silvia Giorgini-Althoen, along with Giulia Dossena from Oratori Lombardi, hosted a Zoom meeting to officially launch the VoluntarItaly 2025 cultural volunteering program, which will bring together American students and Italian host families.
During the meeting, students and families introduced themselves and enthusiastically shared their expectations and emotions, beautifully captured in a Word Cloud. Upcoming parish events and activities were also presented.
It was a meaningful moment of connection and preparation for a summer filled with culture, hospitality, and exchange!
