www.instagram.com/dantemichiganMarta is an Italian native speaker from Milan, Italy, where she was born and raised and earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees in International Relations and Diplomacy (State University of Milan). After working 6+ years in the Public Relations and Government Affairs industry in Milan, in 2013, she followed her husband to the metro Detroit area, where she found her new passion in sharing the beauty of the Italian language and culture abroad. She then chose to further her Italian language and linguistics education, obtaining a post-graduate M.A. in Italian teaching from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
For over ten years, Marta has taught Italian courses and privately tutored business professionals and students from various age groups and all different levels of language knowledge.
In her free time, she likes reading, exercising, practicing yoga, and spending time with her two young bilingual children, who love everything “Italy” more than herself!
Marta is also the responsible officer for the PLIDA certification.
