La Divina Commedia per stranieri – Inferno is a course dedicated to the most important masterpiece of the greatest Italian poet, Dante Alighieri.
It is open to anyone who loves the Italian language and culture and understands and appreciates Dante’s Inferno’s beauty and poetic-literary value.
It is aimed at intermediate-level students (B1) but can also be used as a first-reading approach for advanced-level students.
A course can/should be repeated if a level is not reached.

This Italian B1-level course offers an engaging introduction to selected cantos from Dante Alighieri’s Inferno. Therefore, a B1 knowledge of the Italian language is required. This course is a unique opportunity to explore one of the most significant literary works in Italian and world culture, presented with language and an approach suited for intermediate students.
You don't need prior knowledge of the Divine Comedy; curiosity and a desire to learn are all you need!
