About the Documentary:
On the occasion of the seven-hundredth anniversary of Dante's death, a film crew visits the places of Dante's exile to produce a documentary about the life of the Supreme Poet during his long and suffering wanderings around Italy. A journey through places, words, and characters to understand and delve into the works and the human figure of the father of the Italian language, and why not, to attempt to unveil a different Dante, somewhat less academic and more contemporary.
