2026 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Dante Alighieri Society of Michigan.

This will be a hybrid meeting to ensure members can participate. We would love to see you in person, but you can also join virtually if you cannot attend.

Please join us on Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. DAS MEMBERS ONLY
1. The proposed amendment to the Articles of Incorporation converting the Society from a nonstock
membership corporation to a nonstock directorship corporation.
2. The proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws, under which membership would continue on a nonvoting basis.

The agenda includes reports from the President, Treasurer, Education Chair, and Cultural Chair. Please ask questions and provide feedback during the meeting. Your input is vital to our society’s growth and improvement.
