An opportunity to reflect on how our eating habits affect our health, emotions, and even hormonal balance, through a modern, multidisciplinary approach.

• Connections with experts from Italy and international contributions on significant issues of global health and prevention.
Online contribution by Prof. Annamaria Colao, Full Professor of Endocrinology at the University of Naples Federico II and holder of the UNESCO Chair “Health Education and Sustainable Development,” engaged in the study of the Mediterranean diet across different cultural contexts around the world.

After the conference, theory becomes practice: sample screenings, basic check-ups, and informational sessions to promote a culture of prevention and well-being.
