What is that we really know about pearls?

Loved by women (and recently also by men), the pearl was one of the first gems to be appreciated and used.
A gift from the sea that recalls the sphericity and brightness of the moon.

Join us to find out how it is formed in nature and how man managed to capture the secret of cultivation to obtain an incredible range of colors and sizes “

Francesca Zen will try to answer all this questions and much more, and you’ll never be able to look at pearls in the same way anymore.

Francesca taught gemology for 11 years at the Gemological Institute of America in Vicenza, Italy. She also taught Jewelry Design and Pearl Grading. Francesca worked in a goldsmith’s shop as a bench worker and in a goldsmith engraving workshop before teaching gemology.  Currently she works as Fine Jewelry Advisor.

Pearls, Bright Daughter of the Sea!

If you register for this event in-person, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please, call us or e-mail us – close to the event date – if you will not be able to attend anymore.  In this case your reserved spot can be open to others.
