Celebrating Dante’s Day

Celebrating the Dante  Alighieri Society’s 130th  Anniversary at beautiful Belle Isle. (1889-2019) Family event with games, picnic, and potluck. When: September 14, 2019 – Time: 2-5pm By the Statue of Dante in Belle Isle (Detroit)
 (Central Avenue & Vista Dr) – Shelter #11 Dear Members and friends of the Dante Alighieri Society, we are pleased to invite you to a Treasure Hunt to learn about Dante and the Dante Alighieri Society, which celebrates 130 years of its foundation. We recommend you reserve your spot soon; shelter capacity is limited. 
Bring some of your Italian specialties to share. DAS will provide soft drinks and fun activities for children and adults. Rain or Shine Please bring a dish to share. If your last name begins with: A-F A vegetable salad/pasta salad G-L A casserole/veggie dish M-R An appetizer S-Z A fruit dish or fruit salad Please confirm your participation in order for us to plan accordingly. The event is free to the public. A kind donations would be appreciated.
